As IT Test Manager, I support the phase‑out of a legacy mainframe platform by coordinating and strengthening the testing approach across all involved frontend and backend systems. My work focuses on ensuring data integrity and service continuity during the migration, including validating data flows, guiding test teams, and monitoring the quality of end‑to‑end processes. I assist multiple test teams in structuring their test activities, assessing risks, and verifying the correctness of migrated data and functionality. Through clear alignment, quality oversight, and pragmatic process improvements, I help safeguard a controlled transition from the mainframe to the new distributed landscape.

As Process Manager Testing, I’m leading the assessment and refinement of the QA and Testing strategy, with a focus on improving process maturity and aligning with modern engineering practices. My work supports the organization’s transition toward a DevOps mindset, including CI/CD and Continuous Testing. I help streamline workflows, enhance collaboration across teams, and guide the upgrade of their Automation in Testing approach; ensuring quality remains embedded throughout the software lifecycle.

Served as Test Coordinator during a complex transition from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based systems. The project faced significant organizational strain due to divergent stakeholder agendas and uncertainty around strategic direction. I ensured testing continuity and quality throughout this turbulent phase by aligning test activities with evolving requirements, facilitating cross-team communication, and adapting test planning to shifting priorities. As Test Coordinator, responsible for the largest project within the municipality of Utrecht, delivering a five-layer case-oriented solution based on the Common Ground architecture. The product is developed in a Scrum/Agile environment using Azure DevOps. Key responsibilities include initiating and coordinating Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT), supervising User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and authoring test plans, scripts, and reports. Additionally, I led the setup and implementation of Automation in Testing and fulfilled the role of Release Manager for both Acceptance and Production deployments.

As Lead Test Manager, responsible for initiating and implementing a comprehensive quality improvement and test enhancement strategy to elevate product reliability and customer satisfaction. Worked in close collaboration with the primary international client and their multinational end-customers, ensuring alignment and readiness for future onboarding. Established a new Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) team, improved the Defect Management process, and developed targeted training programs to strengthen testing capabilities across the organization.

As Test Manager, led a large multidisciplinary test team (20+ professionals) tasked with assessing the quality of a new application delivered by an international Systems Integrator. This application was designed to replace the existing reporting system within the judiciary domain. The team was responsible for executing Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT), Chain Integration Testing, Performance Testing (using JMeter and LoadGen), Regression Testing with Katalon automation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). My role included strategic coordination, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring test coverage across complex integrations and performance-critical environments.

As Test Manager, oversaw multiple projects, with a primary focus on the renewal of the Learning Management System and the initial setup of an enhanced Electronic Monitoring solution. Key responsibilities included drafting Master Test Plans (MTPs), executing Product Risk Analyses (PRAs), defining tailored test approaches, organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating resources. Additionally, I conducted a comprehensive data flow analysis and led a process improvement initiative to optimize data integrity and system interactions across platforms.

Oracle ATS Specialist

Oracle ATS Specialist and Interim Project Manager for an implementation project for Oracle ATS adding to functional testing, phasing out of MQC and increasing test coverage. The ATS implementation runs parallel to release work, a virtualization project and a Siebel / Windows Server upgrade. The tasks include making ATS scripts using OFT, the use of OLT where possible/necessary, organizing and correct usage of OTM linked to TopDesk for issue management, monitoring/improving the QA process and where desired performing the tasks of the Project Manager.

Senior Test Coordinator

As a senior test coordinator responsible for the System Integration Test of the webbased side, the so called Portals. Closely working together with on/offshore partners and its own departments, implementing enhancements and greenfields in order to phase out Oracle eBS and realizing a better, faster and even more reliable service for all involved (customers, dealers and partners). 
Concerning the fusion between two companies a new SSO is being implemented; testing changes on the connected systems. On some occasions standing in for Test Management and all over charged with Issue Management for the Portals/Online parts.

For the domain Information Management in the role of Test Coordinator responsible for supervision on the OTAP process and setting up, coordinating and executing all forms of acceptance testing. This demands frequent contact with the client and the end users, which is of great importance. I participate in this role in the Project Management Team and report extensively on the project progress, meanwhile providing advice on the various release acceptance phases.
